A Program of

C3 helps churches navigate a rapidly changing spiritual landscape by clarifying their God-given purpose, strengthening shared leadership, and deepening neighborhood engagement. Since its inception, the initiative has served dozens of congregations with measurable impact, including greater mission clarity, expanded lay leadership, innovative new ministries, and stronger community partnerships—positioning churches to become courageous, adaptive, and hope-filled presences in their neighborhoods. Launched in 2021 by Texas Methodist Foundation, C3 is expanding nationally in 2026 through Wesleyan Impact Partners.
